Insulation Plaster

MOMENTUM FN-25

It is a glass bead based, polymer reinforced special external insulating plaster. MOMENTUM FN 25 is a mixture of which 99% consists of organic raw materials which is applied by being mixed with water in order to provide water, heat, sound and common insulation at your buildings. When applied to external and internal walls of the buildings, it saves 40-50% of thermal energy. It protects the buildings against factors such as rainfall, snow and sun. It ensures your building to be ventilated. It is made of A1 class inflammable material. It provides a healthy environment by preventing formations such as moisture, mold, water mold, etc. from occurring at the buildings by way of its permeable material. It is an environment-friendly material.

Restoration of concrete, reinforced concrete, brick, pumice concrete, autoclaved aerated concrete, plaster board, pre-cast concrete panel, OSB, steel constructions, old constructions and antiques, internal and external insulations.

Wall surfaces to be applied should be cleaned and if there are defects on the surfaces, these defects should be removed. Plaster beads are assembled to the building surface at regular intervals. Material previously prepared is filled in between plaster beads through a steel trowel or plaster machine. Then, plaster surplus between plaster beads is removed by leveling with a gauge. A decorative-textured or plain look is provided to the surface through steel trowel. If demanded, painting is applied to the surface 48 hours after the application..

    MOMENTUM FN-50

It is a glass bead based, polymer reinforced special external insulating plaster. MOMENTUM FN50 thermal insulating plaster is used in the internal and external walls. Expanded glass is produced by being supported with 99% organic materials which are aggregate, hydraulic binder and outstanding performance provider. It does not create thermal bridges. It is made of A1 class inflammable and permeable material. It does not put stress on the constructions due to its low density. It does not contain any carcinogenic substance. It provides sound insulation. It is resistant to acid rain and hinders formation of mold and water mold by preventing dampness and moisture. It does not undergo chemical degradation and equals to your building’s life.

It is applied on the concrete, brick, pumice concrete and previous plaster. It is not directly applied to the surfaces which are lime-based, gypsum-based, silicone and acrylic. Also, application for the acrylic and silicone surfaces is made by using an additional fixator.. Surface Preparation: Surfaces to be applied should be dry and clean. If the surfaces to be applied are uneven, these should be removed before plastering.

Whole of 20 kg Momentum FN-50 insulating plaster is mixed with 14-15 Lt of CLEAN WATER through a low-speed mixer for 5-6 minutes until the mixture becomes homogeneous. Water is not poured all at once but gradually added. The mortar is rested for 10 minutes. It is recommended to mix a whole bag at the same time and then use. The mixture prepared should be used within 2 hours. The mixture may be applied to the surface through trowel or machine.
